Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thengapura purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging

1. Contact us at our contact page or email hello@thengapura.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off the package at any USPS location

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us. We'll help you with the exchange process, subject to availability.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Note: As each piece is handcrafted by artisans in Kerala, minor natural variations in color, pattern, and size are inherent to our products and not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece unique.
